For mobile number changes, q58 requires identity verification before the update is applied — this protects you from someone else changing your contact details without your knowledge. You can request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion from the Responsible Gaming section in your account settings. A cooling-off period locks your account for a set number of days or weeks. Self-exclusion closes your account and prevents you from re-registering for an extended period. Any remaining PKR balance is refunded to your verified payment method before the account is closed.
