q58 Terms and Conditions for Pakistan Players

1 Introduction

Welcome to q58. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the Player") and q58 ("the Platform", "we", "us") in respect of all services offered on this website, including live casino, slots, sports betting, bingo and any other gaming products made available to you. By creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet on q58, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all players accessing q58, including players in Pakistan who use PKR as their account currency and who deposit via JazzCash, Easypa isa, Raast, bank transfer or card. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use q58. If you have any questions about what the Terms mean, please contact our support team before registering.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use q58 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. q58 is strictly an adult platform and we do not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit or participate in any game or betting market.
• You must be registering as an individual person acting on your own behalf — corporate accounts or accounts operated on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, valid email address and mobile number.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended q58 account. One account per player is the strict rule.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

During registration you will be asked to choose a username and password. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. q58 will never ask you for your password via email, chat or any other channel.

3 Account Rules

Your q58 account is personal to you and must not be transferred, sold, gifted or shared with any other person. The following rules apply to all accounts at all times:

• You may only hold one account. If you accidentally create a duplicate account you must notify us immediately. Accounts created deliberately to exploit bonuses or bypass restrictions will both be closed.
• Your account details — including your registered mobile number and payment method — must match your actual identity. Mismatches may delay withdrawals or trigger a verification request.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account, whether carried out by you or by any person who accesses your account using your credentials.
• If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, you must inform q58 immediately and change your password.
• q58 accounts are denominated in PKR. Your deposit, balance, bonus and withdrawal amounts will all be displayed and processed in Pakistani rupees.

q58 may carry out identity verification checks at any point, particularly before processing large withdrawals or if unusual activity is detected on your account. Cooperation with these checks is a condition of continued access to the platform. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC, a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa transaction history, or other supporting documents.

4 Deposits & Payments

q58 processes all deposits and payments in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfers processed directly in PKR
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet and over-the-counter deposits
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank PKR transfers via Pakistan's national payment system
• Bank Transfer — direct transfer from any Pakistani bank account
• Debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks
• Supported mobile wallets as listed in the deposit section of your account

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. q58 does not charge a platform fee on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. For JazzCash and Easypaisa this is typically immediate. For bank transfers, processing time depends on the sending bank and may take up to one business day. q58 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or bank.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your q58 account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account identity must be verified before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before the portion of your balance derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may take up to two to three business days depending on the receiving bank.
• q58 does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals. Your payment provider's standard charges may apply.

q58 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is a pending verification requirement, if the account shows activity that requires review, or if there is a technical issue with the payment provider. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

q58 offers welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free spins, sports betting boosts and other promotional offers from time to time. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering multiplier, eligible games and time limit for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time of the offer.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and all wagering contribution counts are calculated in PKR.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• q58 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse or if technical circumstances require it.
• Bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts, incorrect information or in breach of these Terms will be forfeited.

If you have an active bonus and wish to opt out of it, contact support before wagering further. Once wagering has begun on a bonus it cannot be reversed. q58 does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion at any time — offers may change, end or be restricted to specific player groups.

7 Games & Betting

q58 offers live casino games (including baccarat, blackjack, roulette and game show titles), slots, crash games, bingo and sports betting. By participating in any game or betting market, you acknowledge the following:

• All game outcomes for RNG-based games (slots, bingo, crash) are determined by certified random number generators. Results are not influenced by previous outcomes, your account status or the size of your bet.
• Live casino games use real dealers and physical equipment. Results are determined by the live game event and are final once the round closes.
• Sports betting odds are set by q58 and may be adjusted at any time up until the market is closed. Odds at the time you place your bet are locked in for that bet.
• Cricket, PSL, T20 and football markets are subject to the specific rules of each sport as applied by q58. Settlement is based on official match results from the relevant governing body.
• In the event of a technical fault that affects a game round or bet outcome, q58 will investigate and resolve the issue. Bets affected by a verified technical fault may be voided and stakes returned.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within each game or betting interface. q58 reserves the right to limit or restrict betting on specific markets or for specific accounts if unusual activity or risk management requirements warrant it.

8 Fair Play Policy

q58 is committed to providing a fair and secure environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any tool that interacts with q58 without human input for each individual action
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or errors in any game or betting system — any winnings derived from a known glitch will be voided
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including in live poker or sports markets
• Placing bets on both sides of the same market using multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse)
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds with no intention of genuine gaming activity
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person

9 Responsible Gaming

q58 takes player wellbeing seriously. Online gaming is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed responsibly. We strongly encourage all players to treat gaming as leisure spending — set a personal PKR budget before you play and do not exceed it, regardless of results.

The following responsible gaming tools are available within your q58 account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR limit on how much you can deposit. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Timers — Set a time limit on your gaming sessions. You will receive a notification when your limit is reached.
• Reality Checks — Periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in that session.
• Self-Exclusion — Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from q58. Temporary exclusions range from 24 hours to six months. Permanent exclusion closes your account with no option to reopen.

10 Account Closure

You may close your q58 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered PKR payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

q58 reserves the right to close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment methods
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months with a zero balance
• Court order or instruction from a relevant authority requiring us to act

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. q58 will notify the player of the reason for closure except where disclosure would compromise an ongoing investigation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, q58's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim. q58 is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits or revenue arising from technical faults, connectivity issues or circumstances outside q58's reasonable control
• Delays caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or Pakistani banks
• Any indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure

q58 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service given the nature of internet infrastructure and the dependency on third-party providers. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

12 Changes to These Terms

q58 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address or an in-app notification.

Continued use of q58 after updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any updates.
